The Mailbox & Business Service Center in Ballard opened in 1996 and, under the guidance of Ferrol Williams, evolved into an integral fixture in one of Seattle’s best-loved, historical neighborhoods. Located minutes from trendy Market Street, The Ballard Locks and Old Ballard, The Mailbox happily and efficiently fills the shipping needs of a thriving community with its friendly, personal touch. The company has grown from a one-woman operation and is still owner-operated by Ferrol Williams, complemented by her knowledgeable staff.

The Mailbox is affiliated with the Neighborhood Postal Center but is an independently-owned shop dedicated to easing shipper woes, combating long lines at the Post Office and offering a diverse array of products and shipping services.
